Return Policy & Binding Terms of Agreement — BYMANYC ® New York

1. Made-to-Order & Custom Production Exclusivity (Final Sale)
At BYMANYC ® New York, all art pieces, posters, framed canvases, and collections are produced exclusively and made-to-order specifically for you to minimize environmental impact and maintain absolute brand exclusivity. Consequently, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selections, or stylistic preferences. All purchases of made-to-order and custom items are strictly final.

2. Mandatory Checkout Consent & Legal Binding Agreement
By placing an order on our platform, the customer explicitly acknowledges, warrants, and agrees that they have thoroughly read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these Terms of Service and Return Policy. To successfully complete any transaction, the customer is legally required to actively select and check the mandatory consent box at checkout, confirming their binding legal acceptance of these conditions. Any unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute initiated in violation of these explicitly accepted terms will be formally contested using this recorded digital consent.

3. Quality Assurance: Damages, Defects, and Discrepancies
While made-to-order and custom items are exempt from preference returns, the integrity of BYMANYC ® New York is paramount. If your order arrives defective, materially damaged in transit, or incorrect, you must inspect your package immediately upon delivery and contact our concierge team at shop@bymanyc.art within 48 hours of receipt.
- To qualify for a review, you must provide clear photographic proof of the defect or damage, along with your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Unauthorised returns, or packages sent back to our facilities without prior written authorization and an official return label issued by BYMANYC ® New York, will be automatically rejected and returned to sender at the buyer's expense.

4. Statutory & Jurisdictional Notice
Because every piece by BYMANYC ® New York is crafted under exclusive made-to-order parameters, statutory return rights for non-defective items do not apply. All sales are governed under the commercial operational framework of the brand.

5. Promotional Items and Gift Cards
Gift cards, promotional items, and any products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" are ineligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
